Yes it does. However this depends on the prevailing and forecasted weather conditions.
How far is it to Dunn's River Falls?
If you are staying in the Ocho Rios Region, Dunn's River Falls is only 10 minutes away. It is an hour and a half from Montego Bay; two hours and thirty minutes from Negril; and two hours and forty-five minutes from Whitehouse.
How far in advance do you need to book a tour?
All tours should be booked at least 24 hours in advance
How long are the tours?
Tour times range from two hours and thirty minutes to nine hours; and depends upon transfer times, which hotel you are staying at, and the tour chosen.
Who provides transfers?
We provide your transfer to and from the tour site.
Is it possible to do two tours in one day?
Yes it is. There are some tours that can be scheduled for the same day.
Do we need to take cash with us?
Yes it is recommended to take cash. Most of our Certified Partners have a gift shop at the tour site where you can purchase pictures taken of yourself during the tour and also souvenirs.
How much cash should we take and do they accept U.S. currency?
The amount of cash you take is all up to you. U.S. currency is accepted at all tour sites.
Do we have to tip our Tour Guides or Drivers? How much do you think we should give?
The practice of tipping is discretionary and it is totally up to you. Gratuities are accepted but not expected.

What should we wear for the tour?
Comfortable clothing is recommended and swim suits where applicable. Your Island Tour Specialist will advise you on what to wear or call us at 1-877-768-8370.
What does the price of the tour include?
The cost of the tour includes round trip transfers, entrance to the tour site and lunch depending on the tour chosen.
Will we be refunded if our flight is cancelled?
If your flight is cancelled please contact us at 1-877-768-8370 and we will reschedule your tour or book a different tour of the same value for another day.
What is the cancellation policy?

That’s why we will do our best to accommodate your needs whenever you want to make a change to your tour or excursion. At Island Routes Tours, we’ve taken every precaution possible to minimize cancellation fees, so you can book with flexibility knowing that we’ve got you covered!
For tours cancelled outside of the following time periods, cancellation fees may be applicable, as follows:
- 24 hours or less: no refund
- 48 hours or less: 50% cancellation fee
- 96 hours or less: 25% cancellation fee
- 96+ hours: full refund

Who will our tour guides be?
Our Certified Partners have trained and qualified guides on each tour to ensure that you have a fun and safe experience.
Where do we meet for pick up?
Please meet your Island Tour Specialist in the lobby at least 15 minutes prior to the tour departure time with your boarding pass or receipt.
