Flight times and information (full names) from each passenger are required to complete a reservationThe Helicopter shuttle transfers are not private and is a shared shuttle serviceHelicopter shuttle needs a minimum of 4 persons to operate and holds a maximum of 6 personsPersons are required to pack standard-size toiletries, gels, and liquids in checked baggage where possible. Liquids carried onboard should be in containers of 100 ml (3.4 oz) or less, as larger items may be restricted at the helipad security checkpoint. There is a 10-20 minutes wait/process period before boarding the helicopter. Waiting time depends on the number of persons waiting in queue as the shuttle operates on a first come first serve basis (this is dependent on how quickly you are processed through immigration, luggage collection and customs)Please note that heavy arrivals during the weekend can result in longer wait timesOn arrival at the George F.L. Charles Airport, the ground transfer included to resorts is private and is either by car or bus.A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for reservations cancelled less than 24hrs in advance.Each passenger is allowed one (1) standard sized carry on and a small personal item. The weight limit for the carryon is 20kg. All other luggage being transported by road from Hewanorra International Airport should be expected within 2-4hrs.
