Please note, when booking our DEPARTURE Airport Fast Track Service, you are required to be at the airport at least 90 minutes prior to your flight departure time.  

VIP Airport Fast Track Arrival: Here’s what you can expect when you arrive:

You will see our sign “SKYPASS” and a SkyPass Caribbean agent upon entry to the airport terminal building.


WHERE TO MEET OUR AGENT: Our agents wear BLUE uniform shirts with our logo “SKYPASS CARIBBEAN” and will be holding a sign with our company name "SKYPASS CARIBBEAN".  You must present yourself to our agent to receive the service and assistance you have arranged with our company. Please do not follow the crowd to the regular passport control line.  Kindly note that if you do not present yourself to our agent your booking will be recorded as ‘No Show’ once all passengers have disembarked the aircraft.


DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: Before you disembark the aircraft please ensure you have the following document available for the Turks and Caicos Government Border Force Officials:

Immigration Form (1 per person) (issued on board the aircraft) (to be completed in BLACK or BLUE INK only) If there are no forms on board your flight and/or you need help with completing your forms, please advise our agent and they will assist.

**ARRIVAL PROCESS**

• Our agent will check and review your Immigration document to ensure it is ready for government official
• Our agent will then escort you to the designated fast Passport Control line where your passport and Immigration documents will be checked and processed by a government official.
• Once you have passed through Passport Control our agents will meet you near the baggage claim area
• You will collect your bags and our agents will escort you through Turks and Caicos Customs with your luggage. (Kindly note that Turks and Caicos Border Force Officials are law enforcement. If our clients are selected for a random luggage search while being escorted through Customs we MUST adhere to the law)
