Most hotel pickups will be conducted from outside the main hotel lobby, however, detailed meeting instructions will be included in your confirmation voucher once the tour is confirmed.

If you experience flight cancellations or delays, please call us at 877-68-8370 immediately to reschedule your tour or book a different tour of the same value for another day.

For shared tours and services cancelled outside of the following time periods, cancellation fees may be applicable, as follows: 24 hours or less prior to date – no refund; 48 hours prior to date – 50% cancellation fee; 96 hours prior to date – 25% cancellation fee; 96+ hours prior to date – full refund. For private or customized tours and charter reservations, cancellation fees may be applicable, as follows: 30 days or less prior to date – no refund; 44-30 days prior to date – 75% cancellation fee; 59-45 days prior to date – 50% cancellation fee; 60+ days prior to date – full refund.
